During the Easter, Whitsun and autumn holidays your course will take place at the main school. In July and in August they take place on the summer campus.
If you choose to be accommodated at a host family, you will make your own way to the Parc Imperial campus to follow up the chosen course. See accommodation for details on the summer campuses.

The main school is located in the heart of the city, close to the the train station and a 15 minutes walk to the beach. The school is set in two completely renovated buildings from the turn of the 20th Century with air conditioned classrooms, a computer room and a cafeteria. Students can be accommodated in the same building as the school in single and double rooms over 3 different floors. A private garden planted with palm trees and flowers brings an exceptional atmosphere to the school.

Facilities include:

11 air conditioned classrooms with audio-visual equipment, a computer room with 12 computers and a free cyber space with 8 computers. There are drink/snack vending machines for students during break. Students can also enjoy WiFi in the Private garden.

Standard course

The standard course focuses on grammar work and the development of oral and written skills through entertaining and motivational learning activities. Our dynamic teaching approach based on an active learning process stimulates young students, encourages their interest in language and improves their knowledge of French culture

Students can book additional private lessons on top of their group course to further progress their French language skills or to prepare for an exam.

Host Family

Available 21/03 to 29/10/16

Choosing to live with a host family is the best way of discovering a new style of life and of regularly practice of the language in a friendly environment. Our host families are chosen with great care. To facilitate your integration into a French host family and to quickly establisha friendly relationship, we take into account your age and your interests.

Lessons will be held at the main school except during July & August when lessons will be held at the Parc Imperial campus.

Parc Imperial Campus

Available 26/06 to 20/08/16

The Parc Impérial summer campus is located in a calm neighbourhood, a 15 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the city centre. Once Residence of a Russian Tsar, the campus can accommodate 140 students.
All the rooms have a private bathroom. It has its own classrooms, cafeteria and sport play grounds. Full board included. Wifi area.

24/7 supervision in campus.

French lessons will be held on campus.

Estienne d’Orves Campus

Available 03/07 to 13/08/16

Close to the city centre, this residence is a real campus, completely secure, safe and quiet, which creates excellent conditions for learning French and meeting other students. Students have a park to relax in, do sports and partake in cultural activities.
Full board included. 1 private bathroom for 2 bedrooms. Wifi area.

24/7 supervision in campus.

French lessons will be held on campus.

Colinettes campus

Available 03/07 to 30/07/18

Located in walking distance from the city centre and the beach, the Summer Campus offers simple services that answer to the student’s lifestyle: a residence made up of 250 rooms, a lounge area with vending machines,computers, a TV room and public telephones.
All single rooms, each with a sink, shower, storage space, and a desk. Full board included. Private shower. Wifi area.

24/7 supervision in campus.

French lessons will be held at the Estienne d’Orves campus .

Transfers

A two way transfer from and to Nice airport or Antibes station is inclusive of the programme.

The school strongly believes that whilst students work hard on their French courses in Nice they also need time to relax. A complete range of cultural, sporting and social activities are organised for students and teachers alike. This way students are encouraged to put their new language skills into practice and speak French whilst taking part in leisure activities. This programme is an integral part of the language learning experience – an experience that goes far beyond the classroom.

Going out Permission

13-15 yrs:

• With parental authorisation, students 13-15 yrs old are allowed to go out unaccompanied until 19:00 hrs.

16-17 yrs:

• With parental authorisation, students 16-17 yrs old are allowed to go out unaccompanied until 00:30 hrs.

Parents are advised immediately when these conditions are not respected and the school reserves the right to ground students if necessary.

Supervision

All 3 campuses/residences have 24/7 supervision on site.
